The National Childhood Obesity Foundation (NCOF) is a tax-exempt charitable organization. It was founded in June 2003 and incorporated on September 2, 2004. NCOF is established to promote awareness and combat the national obesity epidemic in the United States. The foundation induces healthier eating and physical activity habits. NCOF conducts the program called POWER. It also offers Phase One & Two Healthcare which is health care education programming interventions for long-term health and well-being. The organization continues with its vision to steadily improve the overall nutritional and kinesiology health care knowledge and decision-making processes of individuals in order to prevent obesity. Located in the town of Pepperell, and northwest of Boston (35 miles), at the junction of the Nissitissit and Nashua Rivers and near the New Hampshire border. Lawrence Library provides services to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by the means of its physical collection and online database. The library was designed by well-known architects of its day, Ernest Flagg and W.B Chambers, the same designers that designed the Washington State capitol as well as many other popular historical buildings. Abuse Victim Hotline

Abuse Victim Hotline is a toll free telephone hotline that was designed to provide comfort and guidance to victims of domestic and sexual abuse. The organization was founded by an attorney and psychologist, both of who are committed to using their combined background knowledge to help victims of abuse. The hotline provides free and confidential support — as relevant to the given situation. Besides providing comfort, the hotline also provides legal guidance and matches victims with the appropriate agency or resource to further assist them. Abuse Victim Hotline also offers free literature on abuse related topics. It is an organization that is run by volunteers, and donations go towards maintaining the program. The Cuvilly Arts & Earth Center is located in Ipswich, Massachusetts. It holds the principle that all life on earth is sacred and that biodiversity is a very important part of the planet’s well-being. The Cuvilly Center is made up of four separate units: a nationally accredited preschool and kindergarten, a series of environmental education programs, a farm that includes organic vegetables, and a herd of Nubian goats. The Cuvilly Arts & Earth Center is a mission of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. All of its programs focus on ecological sustainability and environmental education. The foundation exists to provide support, education and research on scleroderma which is a disease that involves changes in the skin, blood vessels, muscles and internal organs. It is estimated that around 300,000 people currently living with scleroderma. The research is directed towards cause and cure. A large part of its research is funded by private donations. The National Marine Life Center (NMLC) is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) hospital center that is dedicated to the rehabilitation and release of stranded sea turtles and seals. It is in the process of expanding its facilities, so as to facilitate porpoises, dolphins, and small whales. Founded in 1995, it strives to educate the general public about these aquatic animals.
