Donate Car in Maine

Here is a list of charities that will accept cars as a donation in Maine

The eHope Foundation

eHope is a 501(C)(3) organization that is dedicated to assisting individuals with life threatening illnesses. It offers support throughout the illness cycle from diagnosis to hospice care. Operating out of the state of Maine, eHope provides care to patients, regardless of their background. It covers many illnesses including, but not limited to, cancer, ALS, MS and AIDS/HIV. Founder Jeffrey Wood realized the gap in community coverage when assisting a friend with lung cancer in 2000, which inspired his founding of eHope. The organization aims to help create a traditional face to face care giving community. It strives to foster a sense of community in today’s technology-driven world. eHope raises funds through private individuals and bodies. Supporters can donate unwanted cars through VehiclesForCharity.org to support the foundation.
