The organization helps them to recover and build their life free of violence.  It makes available a temporary transitional housing, as well as affordable-permanent housing for survivors of domestic abuse. It also offers a 24 hours crisis line that helps in areas such as crisis intervention, family safety, protection (protective orders), etc.

Founded in 1980, Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana secures, stores, and donates food to over 400 Hunger Relief Charities that serve Indiana’s hungry. Many of these organizations include food pantries, homeless shelters, senior centers, shelters for women & children, and residential care centers. Distributed Items include meat, produce, canned vegetable, dairy products and many more.
